Benchmarking

Benchmarking is a process for comparing income and expenditure in detail with that of similar schools to consider whether our school can use resources better and identify where changes can be made.

This process is undertaken annually, and the School reports the findings from benchmarking to the Governing Body.

Register of Staff Earning £100k+ Per Annum
